How to make Flash Videos
Step 1 . exporting from premiere.
- Open Premiere
- Load movie to timeline
- Select "MAKE" - "OUTPUT OPTIONS"
- Select "OUTPUT" work area, "as" bitmap sequence.
- Select a small "Size" , such as 160 x 120
- Click "ok"
- Select "MAKE" - "COMPRESSION" and choose a frame rate such as 5
frames per second
- Select "MAKE" - "MAKE MOVIE" and save movie as "bitmap
sequence" to a new folder.
- EXPORT the audio track as a .au or a .wav file.

Step 2 .. Importing into flash
- Open
Flash MX Pro
- Select "MODIFY", "MOVIE" and make the frame rate the same as
the output frame rate in premiere(5 fps) and the size the
same(160x120)
- Click on frame 1 and select "FILE" "IMPORT" go to where your
bitmap files are and click on the first file in the folder
(flavid001.bmp). click "open".
- A window will appear that says "This file is part of a sequence
..etc" click "Yes". The video pics sequences will import in
order,
- Insert a new layer in the timeline and click on the first frame
of the new layer
- Select "FILE" - "IMPORT " and import the audio track of the
video file.
- With the audio layer selected , open the library and drag the
audio file from the library to the stage. The audio file will
appear in the audio layer. And it should be in sync with the
pics.
- Save as whatever you wish.- flash player or a web page..or a
projector..
- 30 seconds of video at these rates (and a jpeg quality of 50%),
ended up being a 1 megabyte .swf file.
N.B.: If the movie size is larger than the video, select
"edit multiple files"
... and move the cursors to encompass all the pics..
Then Open "WINDOW" - "PANELS" - "ALIGN"
Select "TO STAGE" and "ALIGN VERTICAL" and "ALIGN HORIZONTAL")
